Hydro Hopper was the first game ever on Club Penguin. Why? Because it was invented before Club Penguin started. But it’s still a popular yet challenging game. It requires quick thinking and hand-eye-coordination. In order to really get good, realize that it requires patience to master, considering it is a matter of your brain recognizing the correct button to push in order to win.

Tips

Jumping over things gets you more points.

There are several other versions available to practice on; Even a veggie-tales version!

The Reason It was renamed is actually a cheat! Play the game holding a wake board to abandon your tube!

Volume I: Chapter III – Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing is a tedious game to some, a well played to others, and, soon for you, a mastered game. It requires stability and control, especially with the mouse. A Good way to keep control over the line is to always keep your mouse over the worm. That gives you complete control, letting you quickly veer away from danger.

Tips

Sharks and Other obstacles do not effect your line; Focus more on the worm than the line. You don’t always have to go up.

Jellyfish can shock your line! Make sure that you only go above the jellyfish. Never below.

In order to catch Mullet, the large fish at the end, you must catch yet not pull up the 63rd fish. Let Mullet eat that fish in order to catch it.

Mullet gives you an extra 50 coins.

The only way to beat the game is to catch 64 fish.

Volume I: Chapter II – Sled Racing

Sled Racing consists of four tracks: Each getting harder as you move left. There are no ways to master this game, however there are a few tips to help you win:

Tips

Looking at the left of the track (Your penguin’s right) there are danger signs near logs, rocks, and cliffs.

Holding down right or left arrow keys acts as an emergency slide, almost instantly sliding you to the opposite side.

Ice makes you 3 times as fast.

Volume I: Chapter I – Cart Surfer

Cart surfer involves a combination of concentration, mental stability, and strategy. To master Cart Surfer, Simply Follow the pattern: Flip, Turn; Over and over, in order to get from 200-500 coins.

Tips

Flip: Down Arrow+Space; Turn: Space+Left/Right Arrow

To get even more coins, try crashing until you have no lives left, then be careful and don’t crash. You’ll get from 300-500 doing that.

Grind on turns.

Remember which trick you did last; Not doing so could cost you half of your points – 4-5 coins a trick!
